Return Process

• Log in to your account, select the product you wish to return from your orders, and create a "Return Request".
• After your request is approved, carefully package the product.
• Within 15 days of the delivery date, send it via Aras Kargo, our contracted shipping company, with customer number 2306654551049, using the cash-on-delivery option.
• For shipments made with other shipping companies, the shipping cost is the responsibility of the sender.
• After the product reaches us, it will be examined by our relevant departments, and if deemed appropriate, your refund will be processed as soon as possible, although this may vary depending on your bank.
